Yet using the Wii Fit and Nutrition Matters together is having the best of both worlds; one is lacking without the other. The Wii Fit is one great way to get active and have some exercise, while the Nutrition Matters can get the user focused on what are the best food options. If these two games are combined properly, there should be an improvement in body and fitness within a few weeks.
Remember that as fitness and weight loss gains are made, one pound of fat has about 3,500 calories, so to lose one pound a week, a person should eat 3,500 less calories a week. This can be done by lowering daily calories by 500 calories per day. As for any person, it is not safe to lose more than two pounds a week, and studies have shown more weight loss than this may not last a long time.
