Solar Pool Covers and Liquid Solar Cover Blankets

The best way to reduce evaporation and the loss of heat is to cover your pool with a solar blanket!

Depending on your pool there are a couple of different types and styles of solar pool covers. First of all. Do you have an above ground pool or a in-ground pool. The reason for this is because they have solar covers that reel up and are easily pulled out to quickly cover your pool. And that is if your pool is the in-ground type. Also available are solar covers that cover the whole pool by just unfolding it. They are usually stored in some type of sack. But let’s not get these solar covers confused with safety covers, that is an entirely different product. Another type of solar pool cover is a smaller round one. This being the case you will need to purchase just as many of them to cover the entirety of your pool. Just toss on top of the water. This will ensure complete coverage of your pool. This is the best of the two options for solar pool covers in that it is easy to put on and off as needed. And the best for the most unusual of pool shapes.

Liquid solar cover is released into the water from a bottle poured in or some type of animal shape that is like a floaty toy. Or just a round ball that is put into the filter basket. It disperses into the pool, floats to the surface and creates an invisible cover. The liquid solar blanket will reduce water evaporation as well as warm your pool. It can last from a month to two depending on the size of your pool. It continues working even when you continue to swim. That seems so smart. The liquid type solar cover is really great for odd shaped pools, just as the smaller rounds covers are.
