Jaw Lift – Stick out your tongue as far out as possible and then try touching the tip of your nose with it and then relax. It is just okay if you cannot make contact with the tip of your nose; just make sure that you push hard with each attempt. Do this for about ten times. This routine will not just give you a well defined jaw line; it is also helpful when it comes to double chin reduction.

Forehead Lift – Place both thumbs on the outside corners of your eyes and your pointing fingers (forefingers) just above your eyebrows. Next, raise your eyebrows and hold that position for a couple of seconds and then release and repeat again. Do not move your fingers when lifting your brows; they are only there for that added resistance. Repeat for ten times.

Eye Lift – Place two fingers (preferably the forefinger and middle) of both hands firmly on the outside corners of your eyes. Shut your eyes tightly. Keep the position for a few counts and then open them up as widely as possible. Again, hold the position and then release. Repeat the entire process.

Cheek Lift – Place both hands on both cheeks, press firmly and then smile. Keep the position for about six counts, release and repeat the process.
