The Californian Who Could Use Recliner Parts
During August of 2010, viewers of CNN were told about a California student, a young man who might want to invest in some parts for recliners. That male student and his friend had designed a special kind of sofa. It was a sofa that contained the sort of motor that is found in a golf cart. The two inventors tried to tour the campus, while sitting on their motorized seat.
Now that news report did not mention any plans to convert the traveling seat into a recliner. However, it did hint at a reason why such a conversion might appeal to the inventive duo. The campus’ authorities had banned use of the motorized sofa on the campus grounds. Therefore, the young inventors could not do what they had planned, i.e. cross the grounds on a cushioned seat.
Having been denied the realization of that “dream,” those same male students might want to think about the benefits of a seat’s transformation. They might want to transform their sofa into a reclining piece of furniture. If they should decide to carry out such a transformation, then they would need to obtain some recliner parts.
They would have to order a footrest, something which can receive some properly applied pressure. In addition, their anticipated research efforts would need to focus on discovery of a method for handle activation. At the same time, they would probably want to obtain a direct drive and a double lock. Acquisition of those two devices would allow them to create a secure closing on both sides.
Their final efforts might focus on locating a set of flanged links. Equipped with such links, they could insure the proper functioning of the chair’s stabilizer tubes. Then when they do not have time to take their reclining sofa off campus, they can lay back and relax on its well cushioned bottom section. The next step… motorized reclining corner group sofas for the gang.
